Top up Balance

Before start using payment out feature in production, you need to top up your balance first to be used in the payment out process. You can see top up button in the dashboard page you will be directed to do top up via virtual account or via Brick’s BCA bank account.

Doing top up balance in sandbox?

If you are currently developing integration in the sandbox environment (Testing Mode), you can top up balance using Add Test Balance button in the homepage.

Top up process in production (Live)

  1. Go to homepage of the dashboard, click top up button.
  2. You will asked 2 types of top up options based on amount of the top up :
    1. Less than Rp500 Millions, transfer fund to virtual account from any banks provided in the list
    2. More than Rp500 Millions, transfer fund to Brick’s BCA account
  3. After you choose one of the options, you will able to see the virtual account number or the Brick’s BCA bank account.
  4. Transfer the fund to the bank account.
  5. If you top up via virtual account, you will able to see the balance reflected in your account in real time.
  6. If you top up via transfer to Brick’s BCA account, we will reconcile and set your balance in under 30 minutes.

Check your top up status and history

  1. Go to transaction list menu from the sidebar menu.
  2. Click on tab top up and you will able to see table showing your top up history.
  3. See if your recent top up already reflected there and the amount is correct.

Problem during top up process

  1. You have sent the fund to the designated virtual account number, but it is not reflected in the dashboard balance?

    Fill top up problem form from the top up page, you will need to provide your top up data such transfer receipt. We will process your problem immediately.

  2. You are top up using BCA unique code, but it is not reflected in the dashboard balance?

    Make sure you have follow all the requirement for BCA unique code top up like transfer up to last 3 unique digits, transfer before expired time, and doing transfer during operational hours.

    If you found out that you missed one of the requirement above, please fill top up problem form from the top up page, choose your category of problem you are facing and you will need to provide your top up data such transfer receipt. We will process your problem immediately.
